| Pacific Poker has gone through some
serious improvements, and is well worth a first visit, and even a
return visit if you have not played there recently. It is a fast
growing poker room, and is a very exciting
one as-well. Pacific Poker is one of those rooms that still has a
reputation for being ‘soft’, with easy competition.
It also offers an overall quality experience, due to fine handling
and good reputation.
Whether a beginner that wants to take your first steps into the online poker world, taking your time and getting your feet wet slowly, or if you want to swim with the sharks, Pacific Poker is as good a site for you as any out there. You can begin your poker experience here, or continue it, if you're a more advanced player. Also, if you are planning to play at tables with higher-limits than just $0.25-0.50, Pacific Poker’s ‘soft-game’ reputation might be a little bit of a drawback for you. Pacific Poker does offer high-limit tables, some even of the $30-60 variety. But, for the most part, the players at Pacific generally prefer smaller bets. To sum up, Pacific Poker is a wonderful online poker room. A downside may be he software, which is sometimes slow and frustrating. We feel the software could benefit from an upgrade, but the room has improved in other areas, and these generaly overshadow the other drawbacks. Some of the positive adjustments that are taking place, and the bonuses, which include $100 sign-up bonus - deposit $160 for a bonus of $100; one point for every $10 and, in turn, one bonus dollar for every 100 points, all make a visit very worth your wile.
